You can change only one thing following the order in the picture attached.

You are also entitled to make an upgrade, if you still have one available, and you can write it together with the purchase you want to make. Make sure you have enough money to do both, of course!
NOTE: The components you sell are not refunded, but they become available for other teams if they want to buy them
