F1:
a) no fuel consumption in order to have better qualifying strategies.
b) tires compound (soft or hard) to choose before each race (or each phase).
in case of soft tires, TM must choose the strategy.
possibility to make different choice for drivers of same team.
c) we can think about Pit-Crew abilities (upgradable during the season)
d) some chassis could have improvements during the season (not only the weight), like Active Suspensions, BodyAero for better reliability
e) engines with closer performances, but worse reliability.
f) preferibly only 12 teams (24 drivers)
g) better multiplier money for worse drivers (eg. Inoue X3 money, Nakajima X1, the opposite than PM23)
h) lower price for driver, or more starting money, in order to have more top drivers at the beginning
~~i) more drivers in the list and maybe no longer "Mid-range" category (so there will be only Top, Exp, Young and Pay)~~

F3000:
a) chassis upgradable (radiators)
b) 3 engines brands (Alfa Romeo adding)
