1) No Further Action / Nulla di fatto	Little Race accident, max. 3 cuts or off-track violation	Piccolo incidente di gara, curva tagliata o limite della pista superato non più di 3 volte
2) Warning / Richiamo	Not heavy accident caused during a fight, 4/5 cuts or off-track violation	Incidente non grave, causato durante una lotta, serie di 4-5 tagli o limiti della pista superati.
3) +5 position grid for next GP	Accident at the start, unsafe release at the pit-stop, unsafe comeback on the track, crossing the white line at pit-exit (only if nobody is around), CHAT in Qualy or Race*	Incidente al via, comportamenti pericolosi ai box o a seguito di un'uscita di pista, toccare la riga bianca di uscita dai box (solo se non c'è nessuno nei paraggi), Chat in Qualifica o in Gara*
4) +20 seconds on final time race	Illegal overtake (with crash or corner-cut) without position return, multi accident during the race, illegal resistance to overtaking (corner-cut, off-track violation, shunt the door without care), crossing the white line at pit-exit (if someone is around)	Sorpasso illegale (con incidente o taglio di curva) senza restituzione della posizione, incidenti multipli, resistenza illegale al sorpasso, toccare la riga bianca di uscita dai box (se c'è qualcuno nei paraggi)
5) +20 sec. + 10 position grid for next GP	Illegal action such crash without position return, if the driver involved has a big loss of time (10/20 seconds) or 6+ corner cuts/off-track violation.	Comportamenti illegali come un incidente senza restituzione della posizione e con una perdita fra i 10 e i 20 secondi per il pilota coinvolto, oppure 6 o più tagli/limiti della pista superati.
6) DQ from the Race / Squalifica dal GP	Heavy crash with a big loss of time for driver involved (+20 seconds) or specific rule violation (eg. pitstop mandatory or changing tires compound not performed)	Incidente grave con perdita di tempo molto consistente per il pilota coinvolto (più di 20 secondi), oppure infrazione di una specifica regola di gara (es. pitstop obbligatorio non eseguito, cambio mescola non eseguito)
7) DQ from the Race + further action for next GP (to be evaluated) / Squalifica dal GP + azioni aggiuntive da valutare per il GP seguente	Impeding while being lapped, Heavy crash that caused abandon for other driver(s)	Resistenza illegale al doppiaggio, incidente grave che causa il ritiro di uno o più avversari.
8) Ban / Allontanamento dal Gruppo	Offenses to other drivers, repeated illegal behavior or extremely serious facts.	Offese agli altri piloti, comportamenti illegali ripetuti o fatti estremamente gravi.

* It is absolutely forbidden to chat before all the riders are stopped in the pits, or have crossed the finish line. / E' assolutamente vietato chattare prima che tutti i piloti siano fermi ai box, o abbiano tagliato la linea del traguardo finale.

NOTE:

In case of inapplicability of the +20 second penalty, this is converted into -2.5kmh on the final average speed, or in +5 penalty positions on the grid in the next GP / In caso di inapplicabilità della penalità +20 secondi, questa viene convertita in -2,5kmh sulla velocità media finale, oppure in +5 posizioni di penalità in griglia nel GP successivo
In case a driver commits 2 "minor" infractions (points 1-2-3-4) during the same GP, the penalties will be added together. On the other hand, if he commits the infraction Point 5 + other minor one, or 3+ general infractions, he will receive DQ from the GP. / In caso un pilota commetta 2 infrazioni "lievi" (punti 1-2-3-4) durante lo stesso GP, le penalità saranno sommate. Se invece commette l'infrazione al punto 5 più un'altra lieve, oppure 3 o più infrazioni totali, riceverà la squalifica dal GP.
Any decision will be made by viewing the replay of the server in any case, to understand if there has been interference due to lag or malfunctions. / Ogni decisione sarà presa visionando comunque il replay del server, per capire se ci sono state interferenze dovute a lag o a malfunzionamenti.
