D) Qualy:
15 minutes [Qualy Starts: 9PM Central European Summer Time (Italy, Germany,France,Spain,Netherlands,Austria,Bosnia,Poland,Hungary,Vadsø,South Africa), 8PM (UK,Portugal), 10PM (Greece,Turkey,Latvia,Ukraine), 2PM (Colombia,Perù), 3PM (Chile,Venezuela,Canada/Toronto), 4PM (Brazil/Rio de Janeiro,Argentina)], without laps limits. - Le qualifiche durano 15 minuti e non ci sono limiti di giri previsti.
Qualy Mode "Private" - Le qualifiche saranno "private" quindi i piloti non vedranno altre macchine in pista per evitare disturbi.
Warm-Up 10 minutes
E) Races:
Usually 2 manches, 20 minutes each, but there are long events too. NO CHAT IN RACE
Max 1 restart allowed for big problems. There will be a fictional Starting Race to try braking point at first corner. - Possibile massimo 1 restart per problemi evidenti e a discrezione dell'AD. E' prevista una prova di partenza per imparare il punto di frenata alla prima curva.
Formation Lap ON. Planned reverse grid for Race 2 - Il via viene effettuato con il semaforo con griglia di partenza data dai risultati della Qualifica in Gara 1, mentre ci sará l'inversione della griglia rispetto al risultato di Gara 1, per Gara 2.
É previsto il giro di ricognizione iniziale.
BIG CRASH AT THE START: Only during the first lap, Admin is allowed to restart the race in case of big crash with at least 4 cars involved. Only 1 restart allowed for this situation. /INCIDENTE GRAVE AL PRIMO GIRO: Se accade un incidente grave al primo giro (piú di 4 macchine coinvolte), i piloti interessati possono chiedere il restart. Sará possibile chiedere un solo restart.
F) SCORES/PUNTEGGI:
Nordschleife (Round 1) System Point: 1° 50 - 2° 36 - 3° 30 - 4° 24 - 5° 20 - 6° 16 - 7° 12 - 8° 8 - 9° 4 - 10° 2. Race withouth extra-weights
Fuji and Suzuka (Round 6-9) System Point: 1° 30 - 2° 24 - 3° 20 - 4° 16 - 5° 12 - 6° 10 - 7° 8 - 8° 6 - 9° 4 - 10° 2. Races withouth extra-weights
All the other races have normal System Point: 1° 15 - 2° 12 - 3° 10 - 4° 8 - 5° 6 - 6° 5 - 7° 4 - 8° 3 - 9° 2 - 10° 1
In order to score points, it is mandatory to complete at least 75% of Race Lenght, or to finish the race. / Per ottenere i punti occorre completare il 75% della gara o comunque arrivare in fondo, anche se ripetutamente doppiato.
G) ADDING WEIGHTS/ZAVORRE:
For each "normal" Round (Race1 and 2) the first 4 drivers of Standings will receive a mass penalty. Admin will add 1KG WEIGHT for each point gap from the 5th in Standings (Maximum 100KG) / Le zavorre vengono assegnate per tutta la durata del weekend, in base alla classifica generale dei piloti.
I primi 4 della classifica piloti, riceveranno 1KG per ogni punto in più rispetto al 5° classificato (Massimo 100KG)

J) RACE INTERRUPTED BEFORE THE END / INTERRUZIONE ANTICIPATA DELLA GARA PER QUALSIASI MOTIVO:
Drivers will receive 100% points in case 75% of race has been completed. If over 60% of race completed, drivers would receive half points. In other cases, race would be canceled. / In caso di crash o altre eventualitá di ogni tipo che dovessero interrompere il GP prima della sua naturale fine, i punteggi verranno assegnati in toto solo se è stato iniziato il giro corrispondente almeno al 75% (percentuale per eccesso) della gara totale (da almeno 1 dei corridori).
In caso di crash tra il 61% e il 74% della distanza di gara i punteggi sono dimezzati.
In caso di stop prima del 60% la gara viene annullata e rifatta da capo (mantenendo la griglia di partenza delle qualifiche giá disputate comprese eventuali penalitá regresse).
K) Unjustified absences:
Missing a race is not a crime. But behind every event, there is the work of a staff who devote their free time to making sure these races can be held. Not showing up and giving no justification is absolutely fair play-free behavior.
I therefore decided to penalize this type of behavior if it unfortunately happens:
1) First unjustified absence - grid drop to last place in the next round.
2) Second unjustified absence - disqualification from the next race.
3) Third unjustified absence - disqualification from the championship.
Assenze ingiustificate:
Saltare una gara non è un delitto. Ma dietro ogni evento, c'è il lavoro di uno staff che dedica il proprio tempo libero a far sì che queste gare possano essere svolte. Non presentarsi e non fornire alcuna giustificazione, è un comportamento assolutamente privo di Fair Play.
Ho quindi deciso di penalizzare questo tipo di comportamento qualora malauguratamente accadesse:
1)Prima assenza ingiustificata - partenza dal fondo della griglia al prossimo round.
2)Seconda assenza ingiustificata - squalifica dalla gara successiva.
3)Terza assenza ingiustificata - squalifica dal campionato.
L) Complaints / Reclami:
In order to make a complaint against another driver, you will have to post a video of accident in the Forum or on Discord / In caso di situazioni particolari nel quale un pilota crede di essere stato penalizzato dal comportamento di un altro pilota, deve postare un video nel post del GP sul Forum o su Discord.
Complaints must be posted before Sunday 8PM CET (same week of the race)/ I reclami devono essere fatti entro le ore 20:00 della domenica post-gara. Dopo questo termine, le decisioni sono insindacabili.
M) Driving license and related penalties: / Patente e penalità relative:
From 2022 we have decided to implement a system of penalties made up of points to be removed from the driving license. Each driver starts with 10 points, and receives a penalty depending on how many points he has already consumed. We have also decided to move towards the current regulation of true F1, which sees the coexistence of "Direct" Penalties and "Indirect" Penalties.
What does it mean?
Direct Penalties are those that impact directly on the driver (eg +5/20 Seconds on the Final Time, +10 Positions on the Grid of the next GP etc ...), while the Indirect Penalties are those induced by the Points lost on the License.
What changes?
From the Brazilian GP, any "Direct Penalty" will also be accompanied by the loss of license points, and consequently you may receive additional "Indirect" penalties. For minor cases, only the loss of points on the license is expected. / Dal 2022 abbiamo deciso di implementare un sistema di penalità fatte di punti da togliere dalla patente. Ogni pilota parte con 10 punti, e riceve una penalità a seconda di quanti punti ha già consumato. E' prevista inoltre la coesistenza di Penalità "Indirette" (Punti sulla patente) e Penalità "Dirette" (es. +5/20 secondi sul Tempo Finale, +10 Posizioni in Griglia ecc...)

Note: The additional penalty will only be issued if the driver has not just received an equal penalty from the protest decision. La penalità aggiuntiva sarà erogata solo se il pilota non ne ha appena ricevuta una uguale dalla decisione sul reclamo.
