From this year we have implemented a new method of managing drivers skills, which will change dynamically during the season.
For each phase of the Upgrading Market, some skills of the drivers will undergo personalized variations, also taking into account the type of driver, and the results obtained in comparison with his teammate. Variation will consider the whole 3 races for each Phase, not only a single race (if not specified otherwise)
NOTE: Drivers participating in the F3000 championship will only have their skills changed at the end of the season, and will keep these changes in the initial market for next season. For TOP-5 drivers in the standings: +2 Speed +1 Aggression and +1 Min Racing Skills, for 6th to 10th in the standings: +1 Speed and +1 Min Racing Skills, for other drivers: +2 Min Racing Skills.

Final DSS update for F3000's drivers

Final upgrade for the drivers, without triggers.
I have decided to add something based on final standings results.
So for the champion (Barbazza) I have given +3 for each parametre, for the runner-up (Alesi) I have given +2, while for the third one (Patrese) I have given +1 too
Some drivers will change their type for DSS PM24, as shown in the table, due to age or results of PM23F1.
