P4OW Manager Regulation 2023
January 1991; You are the manager, your team's glory will depend on your choices, but you won't be on the track with your drivers. They will have to do by their own!
Register your customized team and with the budget available, study the best mix of components for your cars and fight for the win.
Initial budget available for each team: 230 Credits. Teams will receive prizes for each race based on results Take a look Components to buy: Chassis, Engine, Tires, Fuel , all selectable in order established by a draw Components that can be improved via market: Chassis and Engine Drivers to buy: 2, from the Drivers List
Important: It is not possible to upgrade chassis and engine before the first market window. The bonuses given by the triggers are cumulative. Obviously there are "technical" limits, for example if you have an engine with 9 reliability, and from the actives you get +2 reliability you will still reach a maximum of 10.
Maximum number of registered teams: 13
For each component (drivers included) there will be a draw to decide the choice-order. For the technical specifications, I invite you to look at the related posts.
During the season, 6 Market sessions will be set up, where all the team will have the possibility to buy a single upgrade. Meanwhile, drivers will receive their relative skills-update (take a look HERE)
The Races All the "on track" management of the teams is entrusted to the Artificial Intelligence of the rF1 software, suitably configured with the following scheme. No Pit-stop or strategies during the race, Team Manager can only see their drivers racing by their own in live streaming.
Number of Races: 18 Free Practice: 30 minute session. Qualifying: 20 minute session with 20 laps available. Race: Duration 50%, Active Failures time scaled, Tire Consumption X3, Fuel Consumption X1, Damage 35%, Time Scale X2 Aggressiveness: 100% Strength AI: 100%
Point system 1° place = 25 points 2° place = 18 points 3° place = 15 points 4° place = 12 points 5° place = 10 points 6° place = 8 points 7° place = 6 points 8° place = 4 points 9° place = 2 points 10° place = 1 point
